It’s hard to like people who are ethically very good.
This seems unreasonable.
Yet, studies show two unconscious biases at work.
Together they cause people to look at the very good in a negative light.
One involves people naturally comparing themselves to others.
This creates problems at work.

It can cost the businesses too.
That is because these biases taint how people assess the work of the very good.
